• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register.
• Pet information: Pet names, species, breed, date of birth, weight, photos, health records, vaccination history, and health events you add.
• Usage data: AI Vet questions, community posts, marketplace listings, and other in-app activity.
• Device data: IP address, browser type, device type, and app usage patterns.
• Payment data: Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Waggrr platform and its features.
• To personalize your experience and your pet's AI Vet consultations.
• To send reminders for vaccines and health events (only if you enable notifications).
• To process payments for Paw+ subscriptions.
• To communicate important updates, security alerts, and support responses.
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase: Our database and authentication provider (data stored on secure servers).
• Anthropic: AI provider for Dr. Pawsworth (your pet's health context is sent to generate responses).
• Razorpay: Payment processing for Paw+ subscriptions.
• Law enforcement: Only when required by a valid legal order under Indian law.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian privacy laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing (which may limit your ability to use certain features).

Waggrr is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
