Waggrr is a digital platform. Our core services — subscriptions, AI Vet, health records, and community — are entirely digital and involve no physical shipping.
1. Digital Services — No Shipping Required
Waggrr's primary offerings are digital:
- Paw+ Subscription: Delivered instantly upon payment. No physical product is shipped.
- AI Vet (Dr. Pawsworth): Available immediately within the app. No delivery required.
- Pet Health Records: Stored and accessible digitally within your account.
- PDF Health Reports: Generated and downloaded instantly within the app.
2. Marketplace — Physical Products
The Waggrr Marketplace allows users to list and sell physical pet products directly to other users. Important notes:
- Kiara Caresworth Private Limited does not sell physical products and does not handle shipping.
- Shipping, delivery, and returns for marketplace items are entirely the responsibility of the individual seller.
- Buyers should confirm shipping terms, costs, and return policies directly with the seller before purchasing.
- Waggrr is not liable for damaged, lost, or undelivered marketplace items.
3. Subscription Cancellation
As Paw+ is an annual digital subscription:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger an automatic refund.
- Your Paw+ benefits remain active until the end of your current annual period.
