By using Waggrr, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Waggrr

Waggrr is a pet care platform operated by Kiara Caresworth Private Limited, registered in India (CIN available on request), with registered office at 55 Gajanan Nagar, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282010. Waggrr provides pet health records management, AI-assisted veterinary guidance, community features, and a marketplace for pet-related products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Waggrr. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately at hello@waggrr.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. AI Vet — Dr. Pawsworth

Important: The AI Vet feature provides general guidance only and is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions. See our full AI Vet Disclaimer.

Free accounts receive 30 AI Vet questions per month. Paw+ subscribers receive 300 questions per year. Unused questions do not carry over.

5. Marketplace

Waggrr provides a platform for users to buy and sell pet-related products. Kiara Caresworth Private Limited is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Users transact at their own risk.

6. Community Guidelines

Do not post harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
Do not share another person's private information without consent.
Do not use the platform for spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation without authorization.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Waggrr — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Kiara Caresworth Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Subscription & Payments

Paw+ subscriptions are billed annually at ₹1,000/year. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. See our Purchase Policy for refund terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiara Caresworth Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Waggrr, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or harm to your pet resulting from reliance on AI-generated advice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Waggrr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
