This policy governs all purchases made on Waggrr, including Paw+ subscriptions and marketplace transactions, operated by Kiara Caresworth Private Limited.

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Kiara Caresworth Private Limited does not store your payment details. Your transaction is protected by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
As Waggrr provides digital services that are immediately accessible upon purchase, the following refund policy applies:
Refunds are not available for unused AI Vet questions at the end of a subscription period. Questions do not carry over to the next year.

Waggrr's marketplace connects buyers and sellers of pet products. Kiara Caresworth Private Limited is not a party to marketplace transactions. Disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved directly between the parties. We do not process payments for marketplace transactions at this time — all marketplace deals are arranged directly between users.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price change and will not be charged the new price until their next renewal.
